All of the PTA-sponsored programs run on volunteer power. We cannot provide them to our children without your help. Why not find out more about volunteering or email a program chairperson below to offer an hour or two of your time?

Assemblies – PTA-sponsored assemblies take place throughout the school year. Author visits and interactive programs are most commonly used to enrich students’ academic experience. assemblies@cvepta.org

Family Fun Nights -- Special events are coordinated throughout the school year to bring together our CVE community for some good ole family fun! familyfun@cvepta.org

Book Munchers -- Cromwell’s book club for students in grades 1-4. Books are taken out on loan. Students engage in parent volunteer led group activities and discussions during their lunch period. bookmunchers@cvepta.org

Picture Parent -- A wonderful opportunity to expand students’ exposure to the arts and culture. Parents facilitate a class project based on a featured artist’s work. picparent@cvepta.org

Reflections -- An annual arts program that allows students to express themselves through music, composition, photography, visual arts and literature. Each year students base their projects on a theme or subject that is determined by the national PTA. reflections@cvepta.org

Yearbook -- The PTA compiles this annual walk down memory lane, including class photos, student candids and pictures of most of the activities, field trips, spirit days and special events held during the year. yearbook@cvepta.org

School Banking -- It’s never too early to begin learning money management! Students make weekly deposits into a savings account with a local bank.  banking@cvepta.org

Chess Club -- Strategy anyone? Students get an opportunity to enhance concentration skills in an after school setting playing against their peers. chessclub@cvepta.org

Gigabyte Gazette – A PTA-published newsletter filled with valuable parent resources, reminders of important dates and PTA happenings and highlights. newsletter@cvepta.org

Parent Resource Center – PTA maintains a comprehensive loan library of materials to assist both parents and children with life’s challenges. The bookcase and sign-out sheet are next to the guidance office.

Cromwell Collection – A CVE "Spiritwear" clothing line that’s imprinted or embroidered with the CVE logo. Gear may be worn on all year long and especially on school spirit days and field trips. collection@cvepta.org
