Donor Form
Dear supporters,
We are currently in the planning stages of the 2010 Cromwell Valley Elementary School Silent Auction to be held on Friday, April 16, 2010 in conjunction with our annual spring fair. Through the generosity of friends and businesses, we are working to raise funds that will directly support the students in the classroom, as well as the school enrichment programs, assemblies, and cultural arts programs. The school’s success is due, in large part, to community involvement and support, and the auction is a critical component of that support.
We hope you will consider donating to our auction this year. We appreciate any donation you are able to give at this time. Our promotion of the event is one way to keep your business in the minds of our families, as well as the countless others who attend our annual event. We want to support your efforts to thrive as a business, and will include your information in all flyers leading up to the event, as well as the pamphlet of business information the week and night of the event and flyers after the auction.
If you can support our efforts and provide a donation, please fill out the attached form and send your donation to the school at the address listed above or fax to 410-887-4889 (to the attention of Silent Auction Committee). If you have any additional questions, please contact one of us listed below. We can pick-up donations if needed. Please respond by March 1st. We appreciate your timely response.
On behalf of the entire Cromwell Valley Elementary Regional Magnet School of Technology community, thank you for your consideration and generosity.
Sincerely,
Page Birney
