Good afternoon,

Just a few more days till the Annual Silent Auction and Spring Fair with a Multicultural Flair! Many volunteers have worked very hard to have wonderful and new items for the auction. There are some great options such as a Nintendo Wii, autographed sports items, class baskets, gift certificates and much much more! This is our final fundraising push for the year and our biggest event. Please come out and support the PTA!

In addition, the Fair committee has come up with some fantastic and creative activities, games and crafts for the fair this year. A wonderful time is guaranteed for all ages!

The Silent auction will be open 5:30-7:30 and the Fair will run 6-8pm. Pizza pre-orders will be accepted through Thursday and you can also purchase your admission tickets in advance. Please turn in all order forms with payment to the CVE office by Thursday 4/15. Tickets will be available for purchase at the door. See the attached flyer…..There will be a bake table and other food items for purchase as well!

We still need lots of help to make this event run smoothly and successfully. Please sign up to help us out!!

Thanks also to those who came out last Saturday morning to assist with Project Clean Stream. It was a huge success! Thanks for your time and effort.

Also, don’t forget to send in your Cartridges for Kids donations to your child’s classroom. Contest ends at the end of April.

We need your talent and input.  Please consider sharing your time with a group of dedicated parents and teachers in the important role of child advocate.  You may also recommend someone for one of these roles.  Feel free to contact us with any questions, comments or recommendations. Elections will be held in May at the last PTA General Meeting for this school year.

Attached are two documents.  A .pdf nomination form for you to print, complete and return and a .doc nomination form that you can “be green” with and fill out on your computer and email to nomcom@cvepta.org.
